The $59 report includes five researched local businesses, reasons for fit, public contact details when available, suggested contact roles, a tailored message, and a follow-up plan. Delivery is by email within five business days after payment and a confirmed research brief. One clarification or factual correction is included if requested within seven days of delivery; a new location or expanded search is a separate scope. Your city and travel radius below define the requested search area. FergAir will clarify incomplete details by email before research starts. If FergAir cannot take your order and cancels before work begins, you receive a full refund. If fewer suitable businesses are found, the refund policy applies. What if FergAir cannot find local options?
If FergAir cannot identify any suitable aviation businesses within your agreed search area, you receive a 70% refund of the $59 research fee ($41.30). FergAir retains 30% ($17.70) for the research work completed. If FergAir cancels before starting any research, you receive a full refund. If fewer suitable businesses are found than the agreed number, FergAir will contact you before delivering the report. You can choose a smaller report with a partial refund agreed in writing, expand the search area by agreement, or stop the search and receive a 70% refund ($41.30).
A business being suitable to contact does not mean it accepts job shadows. A shop declining or not responding does not, by itself, qualify a completed research report for a refund.
For outreach support, the quote must state the scope and refund terms before payment. If FergAir completes research but cannot identify suitable businesses within the agreed area, you receive a 70% refund of the outreach service fee; FergAir retains 30% for the research work. If FergAir cancels before starting any work, you receive a full refund. If work has begun, any refund for undelivered work will follow the terms agreed in writing. A job-shadow acceptance is not guaranteed.
To request a refund or report an issue, email fergair.contact@gmail.com with your name and order details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when the funds appear.
