Delivery: Within 15 business days after completed intake and confirmation of your search area. Any revised timeline must be agreed with you.
Premium refund policy: Cancel before research begins for a full refund. If five suitable companies cannot be found, choose a revised scope with an agreed partial refund or a full refund before outreach begins. If FergAir cannot complete the purchased work, the undelivered portion is refunded. After the agreed research, outreach, follow-ups, and report are completed, unanswered messages or declined visits alone do not qualify for a refund. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
